If you are lucky enough to draw a duplicate, you will be asked if you would like to “swap or keep”. This will be the only time you are able to exchange anything unless the product has some significant cosmetic damage. 


All products are made from a variety of materials these materials include glass, crystal, acrylic, alloy and resin. By making this purchase you agree to the terms of which these individual items are made from and that each purchase is not eligible for a refund or exchange unless agreed upon by your host.
